COMMERCIAL LOANS:

  • $2 million – $40 million
  • Includes: Shopping Centres, Vacant Land, Industrial, Hotel/Motels, Refinance etc.


DEVELOPMENT LOANS:

  • $2 million – $40 million
  • Includes: Land Sub-Divisions, Multi Dwelling, Commercial Buildings, Refinance etc.

All loans are:

  • From 7% pa
  • LVR 60-65% max
  • Interest only, 1st & 2nd Mortgages.
